Our client a top national law firm is seeking a Corporate Associate to join their team in New York, Stamford, or New Haven.
Candidates should possess a minimum of three years of law firm experience, specializing in the drafting and negotiating of complex transaction documents. Required expertise includes involvement in Mergers & Acquisitions, Venture Capital, or similar high-level corporate transactions. Knowledge of securities law compliance and corporate governance is also advantageous. Applicants must be a members of the Bar in the state where they intend to practice.
