Job Overview:
Our partner Bryant Staffing Solutions is seeking a skilled Respiratory Care Practitioner to join a collaborative healthcare team in Spokane, Washington. In this role, you will work closely with physicians and nursing staff to develop and implement respiratory care plans for patients across various care settings.
The ideal candidate will bring strong clinical expertise in respiratory therapy, including the ability to operate advanced respiratory equipment and provide comprehensive patient assessments. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality patient care, supporting both routine and critical respiratory needs.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer respiratory therapy treatments in accordance with physician orders
  • Assist in the development and execution of patient care plans
    Operate and maintain ventilators, monitoring systems, and resuscitation equipment
  • Perform patient assessments and diagnostic respiratory procedures
    Provide oxygen therapy and airway management support
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Complete required department and unit-based orientation and training
    Required Qualifications:
  • Education meeting requirements for respiratory care licensure
    Active Washington Respiratory Care Practitioner License (required upon hire)
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (required upon hire)
  • Bachelor's degree
    Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior clinical experience in respiratory therapy
  • Experience working in acute care or hospital settings
    Key Skills Required:
  • Ventilator management and respiratory equipment operation
  • Patient assessment and critical thinking
  • Interdisciplinary collaboration and communication
