What does a core lab manager do?

A Core Lab Manager oversees the operations of a central laboratory, often within a research institution or hospital. Their responsibilities include managing staff, ensuring quality control, maintaining equipment, and coordinating laboratory services for various research or clinical projects. They also develop and enforce lab policies, handle budgeting, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
