Emergency Recovery Coordinator
Salary - $60,000 - $70,000 per year
Serve Your Community When It Needs It Most

Paul Davis is an industry leader in restoration and reconstruction for insurance providers and commercial properties throughout the United States and Canada. Built on customer service, dynamic decision-making, and leadership, we're growing rapidly — and we need Emergency Recovery Coordinators who want to be on the front lines of restoring their community.
What Does an ERC with Paul Davis Do?
ERCs work directly with property owners, adjusters, project managers, first responders, and community leaders after traumatic events like a fire or flood — helping customers move from chaos to calm. You'll think quickly but in a controlled manner, giving property owners confidence that their home or business is in good hands. Our ERCs are dynamic speakers, comfortable in both one-on-one and group settings.
Why the Team Needs You
Serving others in their time of need isn't easy. We need someone who can build foundational relationships based on trust, actively listen, and sign mitigation work to stabilize and secure the structure before further damage occurs.
Role & Responsibilities

  • Generate revenue opportunities by directly consulting with property owners impacted by fire, water damage, or other large-scale emergency events
  • Cooperate with public emergency response agencies and private entities
  • Establish and maintain positive, trusting relationships with property owners and referral sources
  • Monitor, interpret, and respond to lead sources
  • Educate customers on services and clearly articulate their use and need
  • Provide emergency recovery kits and services to impacted property owners
  • Be familiar with your assigned territory and build local relationships
  • Participate in restoration-related community awareness events and programs
  • Proactively search for and act on new opportunities
  • Support the franchise's mission, vision, and values in every interaction
What You Bring

  • Ability to clearly deliver truth and give certainty when property owners need it most
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Sound planning and organizational skills; able to prioritize and manage time
  • Proficiency with current technology
  • Relevant experience in restoration, insurance, sales, or customer service preferred
  • Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record
  • Career emphasis on learning and continuing education
  • A servant's heart and drive to help people in need
Working Conditions
Work is performed in all types of indoor and outdoor conditions. Frequent use of personal protective equipment required. Occasional bending, squatting, stair climbing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
What We Offer

  • $60,000 - $70,000/year
  • Three months of structured training to learn the Paul Davis Way
  • One-on-one mentorship and ongoing Leadership Development Program
  • Access to Paul Davis University and regular training opportunities
  • Company cell phone and computer
  • Company vehicle and gas reimbursement
