Job description

At LockNet, we're all about doors and locks. We keep people safe and secure by simplifying door, lock, and keying solutions for retail, restaurant, healthcare, and banking customers nationwide - and the Key Core team is where many of those keying systems come to life. We're looking for a detail-driven Small Parts Assembly Associate to pin lock cores and cut keys that get our customers' orders out the door right the first time.
Work Arrangement: On-Site • Kentucky • Full-Time
Environment: Primarily a climate-controlled office area within our warehouse. Some work takes place on the warehouse floor, where conditions vary by season and you may be exposed to noise, dust, odor, heat, and cold. Noise level is occasionally moderate to high.
What You'll Do
  • Pin lock cores - the part of the lock the key is inserted into - per order paperwork.
  • Cut and stamp keys for LockNet customers.
  • Update our systems with the work performed.
  • Operate hand tools, cutting tools, and stamping tools.

What We're Looking For
  • Strong manual dexterity and a sharp eye for detail.
  • Comfort performing prolonged, stationary benchwork - seated or standing.
  • Field experience (a plus, not required).
  • Knowledge of the locksmith industry (a plus, not required).

What Sets LockNet Apart as an Employer
We put intentional focus on our people and our culture - and it shows in the way we work, the tenure of our team, and the relationships we build along the way.
Benefits & perks include:
  • Zero-dollar-premium HSA - one of three medical options.
  • Free employee-only vision coverage.
  • Dental and other supplemental coverage options.
  • Company-paid life and long-term disability.
  • 401(k) with employer match up to 5% after one year (full match on the first 3%, half match on the next 2%).
  • PTO accruing from day one.
  • Annual profit-sharing.
  • Paid Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for your whole family.

You'll also find:
  • A family-owned business that's growing, technology-driven, and quick to adapt.
  • Real autonomy and the ability to make an impact.
  • An open, transparent culture where everyone has a voice - and a low-turnover team with close relationships.

LockNet is an equal opportunity employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
