At Cordillera Ranch, our Dining Room Hosts play a central role in the member experience. They are the first point of contact for members and guests and help ensure every service runs smoothly from arrival to departure.

The Role

The Dining Room Host serves as the welcoming presence for our dining venues, helping coordinate reservations, greet members and guests, and maintain smooth communication between the host stand, service team, and kitchen.

This role requires a polished, professional demeanor and strong attention to detail in a fast-paced private club environment.

Dining Room Coordination

Manage reservations and seating through club systems

Maintain awareness of daily reservations and events

Team Collaboration

Work closely with servers, bartenders, and managers
