  • 10+ years of professional experience in product management, growth, or digital subscription leadership within consumer-facing, high-scale platforms (M6 level).
  • Proven track record of operating a D2C or subscription business with direct accountability for conversion, activation, retention, and LTV.

  • Deep command of in-product growth mechanics, including paywall optimization, dynamic onboarding, viral loops, and rigorous A/B experimentation.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience driving cross-functional outcomes across teams you do not directly manage.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master’s degree or MBA.
  • Direct growth leadership experience in sports, media, gaming, fantasy sports, or enthusiasm-driven verticals.
  • Hands-on familiarity with deploying AI-driven personalization engines, dynamic paywalls, or automated fan engagement messaging triggers.
