Overview
A growing company is seeking a Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, vendors, subcontractors, and callers. This role is ideal for a professional, organized, and bilingual individual who can manage front desk responsibilities while providing general administrative support to the office.
Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and direct visitors, vendors, and subcontractors in a professional manner
  • Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
  • Manage conference room scheduling and help maintain presentable common areas
  • Order, organize, and maintain office supplies
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support as needed
