General Manager | The Copperfield
Twin Cities South Metro
The Copperfield is looking for an experienced General Manager to join our growing leadership team. This is an exciting opportunity for a proven restaurant leader who is passionate about developing people, driving operational excellence, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
As General Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant leading your team to achieve sales, profitability, and service goals while fostering a positive, team-focused culture.
Key Qualifications
  • Lead all day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional food, service, hospitality, and cleanliness.
  • Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing management team and hourly staff for the new Rosemount location.
  • Drive sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction through strong leadership and operational excellence.
  • Manage labor, food cost, inventory, scheduling, and overall financial performance.
  • Analyze key performance metrics and implement action plans to achieve sales and profitability goals.
  • Foster a positive, accountable, and team-oriented culture where employees can grow and succeed.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, food safety regulations, and all health department requirements.

Qualifications
  • 3-5+ years of General Manager experience in a full-service or casual dining restaurant.
  • Proven success leading high-volume restaurant operations.
  • Experience hiring, coaching, and developing management teams and hourly employees.
  • Strong understanding of restaurant financials, including P&L management, labor, food cost, inventory, and budgeting.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
  • Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • ServSafe Certification preferred.
