You will primarily work onsite in our clinic while also providing essential home care services that cater to patients' unique needs. As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist, your daily tasks will encompass a range of clinical responsibilities, including:

• Conducting thorough assessments of patients’ orthopedic conditions, evaluating functional abilities, and determining the best course of treatment.
• Collaborating with physicians and the patient care team to develop personalized, goal-oriented care plans that reflect each patient’s unique circumstances and objectives.
• Implementing therapeutic interventions utilizing evidence-based methodologies, ensuring the highest standard of care throughout each patient’s rehabilitation journey.
• Providing hands-on physical therapy treatments that might include mobilization, exercise programs, and the application of modalities to improve patient function and alleviate pain.
• Instructing patients, families, and caregivers on rehabilitation exercises, use of therapeutic equipment, and home care strategies to promote healing and independence.
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and outcomes in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Participating in interdisciplinary team discussions to evaluate treatment effectiveness and adjust care plans as needed.
• Managing case loads efficiently, coordinating with other therapists to ensure seamless transitions between therapy sessions.

You will work primarily with patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic conditions affecting mobility and function. The demographics include both pediatric and adult patients, allowing you to apply your skills across a broad age spectrum. Your role will be central in helping patients regain independence and improve their quality of life following injury or surgery.

• A valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• Completion of a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification, or the ability to obtain it within the first 30 days of employment.
• No prior experience is required, making this an ideal opportunity for recent graduates eager to make a difference.

• Experience in orthopedic physical therapy is a plus, but not mandatory. New graduates are encouraged to apply.
