Hours: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm

Access Systems, a dynamic and fast-growing company, is hiring a Junior Sales Representative. This role serves as a sales associate in training, providing hands-on experience across business development and field sales with a clear path into an Outside Sales Representative role. You will support our sales team by generating leads, setting appointments, and joining client calls and meetings. Make $60k at plan in your first year!


What You'll Be Doing:

  • Establish relationships with decision-makers and clients.
  • Prospect using lead generation strategies to set appointments for Account Executives.
  • Support Account Executives by joining client visits, meetings, and presentations.
  • Learn territory planning, sales processes, and pipeline management.
  • Build confidence through training, coaching, and hands-on learning.
