People Operations Coordinator

We're looking for an energetic, organized, service-minded professional who loves helping people, solving problems, learning new technology, and keeping things running smoothly.
As our People Operations Coordinator, you'll become the first point of contact for employees and managers, support exciting technology initiatives, help improve processes, and work alongside a collaborative team that believes great workplaces are built through great people practices.

What You'll Do
Every day is a little different. You may find yourself:
  • Helping employees and managers navigate People Operations questions and requests.
  • Serving as the first point of contact through phone, email, text, and ticketing systems.
  • Coordinating employee transactions, employment verifications, and personnel documentation.
  • Supporting HR technology initiatives including UKG, Document Manager, GOHAPPY, and future People Operations systems.
  • Assisting with workflow improvements, documentation, testing, and training materials.
  • Maintaining confidential employee records and supporting compliance activities.
  • Providing cross-functional support across Benefits, HRIS, Leave Administration, Talent Acquisition, and Safety & Compliance.
  • Helping the department continue delivering exceptional service during vacations, special projects, and periods of growth.
