Job description

Delivery Coordinator

 

Department: Sales

Reports to: Sales Manager

Salary Range - $16 - $18

Job Summary

Getting the vehicle ready for the customer after purchasing it from the Product Specialist. Helping the customer get familiar with all the new features the vehicle may have, setting up the new technology.

 

Core Responsibilities

  • Assist customers and guests in setting up any new technology such as OnStar.
  • Maintain knowledge of new products, features and available accessories.
  • Handling of all Dealer Trade paperwork
  • Programming keys for KeyTrack
  • Filing and auditing used 2nd keys
  • Printing warranty stickers and placing them in all used inventory
  • Assisting in any lot work
  • Cleaning delivery center
  • Lot walks for missing price/stock tags
  • Doing inventory scans on the 1st of every month
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High school diploma
  • Valid state driver’s license & ability to be insured through RMC liability insurance required.

Physical Demands

  • Must be able to remain in stationary position 80%
  • Frequently works in outdoor weather conditions.
