Description
North West Handling Systems, Inc., the Pacific Northwest's largest full line material handling distributor, is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator with emphasis on order entry involving a variety of product lines. This position is in office and supports outside sales staff within the Renton, WA Corporate Office.
Project Coordinator Job Responsibilities:
-Order entry and management
-Inventory control
-Purchasing and tracking sales from initial order to delivery and/or installation
-Updating customers and salesmen on existing open orders
-Prepping orders for future invoicing
-Scheduling and coordinating freight
Starting Pay: $64,000-$72,000 DOE
Full Benefits: 401(k), Medical, Dental, Vision, Flex Plan, Life Insurance, and Short Term Disability.

Position Requirements
-Possess strong organizational and priority management skills
