They participate in the management of the department's human, financial, and technical resources while adhering to allocated budgets. They are responsible for the maintenance of the building, premises, exterior spaces, and equipment, and perform maintenance work themselves. Requirements: DEP in general building maintenance, electricity, plumbing or equivalent 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in the maintenance and upkeep of residential buildings, as well as in personnel management.
