Senior Helpers of Newark, Delaware is seeking a dynamic Sales Rep with a proven business development record.   The essential role of this position is to promote growth and increase revenue.  Requires both Cold Calling in person and via phone to retirement communities, senior centers, hospitals and rehabs to promote public awareness. This requires in person onsite and in field.

Responsibilities:

1.  Provide support and leadership to Director of Operations and office team.

2.  Work lead base by providing company information with continued follow up in scheduling assessments and conversion from potential to active client.

3.  Maintain awareness of competitive landscape.  Identify opportunities for market and client expansion and new business development.

Attend daily morning office staff meeting.

Qualifications:

1. Experience in Cold Calling both in-person and via phone

2.  Ability to learn software programs quickly.

3.  Must have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize.

4. Have a minimum of (1) one year's experience in Sales.
