In this remote work setting, you will collaborate with fellow therapists and support staff through innovative digital tools and communication platforms. • Conduct thorough intake interviews with new clients to assess their mental health needs and develop appropriate treatment plans tailored to individual circumstances.
• Lead individual, group, and family therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to facilitate positive outcomes.
• Prepare and update progress notes, closing summaries, and transfer documentation to ensure a comprehensive record of client care.
• Provide specialized support within the Behavioral Health Department, including coordination and management of specific therapy programs.
• Collaborate with local resources to enhance community access to preventative mental health services, fostering a network of support for clients.
• Participate in continuous education and professional development activities to stay current with LMFT requirements and best practices.

You will primarily work with a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families facing challenges such as relationship difficulties, mental health disorders, and life transitions. Your efforts will directly contribute to improving their interpersonal dynamics and emotional well-being. Utilizing a client-centered approach, you will adapt your techniques to meet the unique needs and backgrounds of your patients.

• A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.
• Must possess a valid LMFT license and stay updated with supervision guidelines and licensure requirements.
• A minimum of two years of experience in providing mental health services, including crisis intervention and therapeutic support.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks efficiently while adhering to deadlines.

• Experience in community outreach and resource development for mental health services is a plus.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and teletherapy platforms is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and family systems therapy.
