We are seeking both provisionally licensed Marriage and Family Therapists and fully licensed Marriage and Family Therapists to join our fast growing team! In this role, you will diagnose and treat psychological disorders, teach communication skills, assist patients in addressing dysfunctional behaviors, and guide them through crises. MFT Limited Permit (NY) – High-Earning, Supervised Clinical Position
Growing New York group practice seeking motivated MFT Limited Permit holders who want to complete their 1,500 direct client contact hours in a structured, supportive, and high-growth environment.
LMFT (NY) - High-Earning Clinical Position
This is an opportunity to build strong clinical skills, earn competitive income, and prepare for long-term private practice success.
Compensation
  • Income potential: $75,000–$141,000 per year (based on caseload and hours worked)
  • Consistent referral flow to help you build quickly

Responsibilities
  • Perform intake assessments
  • Provide mental health therapy for individuals, couples, families, and children
  • Create individualized treatment plans for each client
  • Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments
  • Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan
  • Perform regular wellness checks
  • Adhere to all facility and licensing standards

Qualifications
  • Eligible for limited permit or fully licensed
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized
  • Must be graduated (or near graduation) from masters program
