Job Description Summary
As a Digital Account Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our digital team with the planning, onboarding and maintaining digital marketing campaigns. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing while working closely with clients and internal teams to ensure the successful execution of campaigns.
Roles & Responsibilities
Project Management: Coordinate tasks and deadlines across multiple campaigns simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to client expectations. This involves gathering assets and requirements for campaign creation and changes.
Campaign Lifecycle Management: Assist in the implementation, onboarding and renewals of digital marketing initiatives across various channels
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with our sales, creative, content and digital advertisement teams to ensure seamless development of engaging digital assets, ad copy and paid media campaigns that align with client objectives.
Client Communication: Serve as a point of contact for assigned clients for both internal and external stakeholders, maintaining regular communication to project manage all aspects of digital campaigns.
Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough QA checks on campaign assets and materials to ensure accuracy, functionality and alignment with client specifications.
Data Entry and Analysis: Input and organize campaign data into our CRM for internal teams, ensuring all necessary information is available for efficient campaign setup and execution.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
Detail-oriented mindset with excellent organizational and time management skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce and digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, or similar platforms is a plus.
1-2 years of relevant experience in digital marketing or client-facing roles is preferred.
