Job description

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting both dry storage and/or refrigerated warehouse operations. This role may include managing inventory, receiving and storing raw materials, and loading/unloading finished products in a cooler environment. Responsibilities vary based on business needs and may involve working in dry storage, cold storage, or both. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in varying temperatures while following all GMP and SOP guidelines.
Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Communicate with front office staff regarding incoming loads and material needs
  • Receive, verify, and accurately record all incoming and outgoing materials and products
  • Load and unload trailers, including inspecting trailers and verifying temperatures when required
  • Maintain accurate inventory through counts, cycle counts, and proper documentation
  • Follow First In, First Out (FIFO) procedures to ensure proper product rotation
  • Operate scanners and ERP systems (e.g., NAVISION) for product tracking and bin movements
  • Complete daily paperwork for inventory, loading, and unloading activities
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse and cooler environments
  • Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently
  • Monitor equipment and report maintenance needs promptly
  • Follow all company GMP, SOP, and safety requirements

Requirements and Skills:
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Safety-conscious with the ability to follow all safety protocols
  • Ability to operate or become certified on forklifts and pallet jacks
  • Basic math skills and ability to read and follow instructions
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods (up to 10+ hours per shift)
