SUMMARY: The Loader moves finished product from the cooler or freezers and loads it onto a truck for transport to the customer. The loader may also be asked by the assigned supervisor to aid in various other cooler/shipping/warehouse related duties.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Operate pallet jack in a safe and courteous manner while moving finished product onto trucks.
  • Pallets must be transported in a manner that does not damage product packaging or dishevel pallets.
  • Must be familiar with products and associated product codes. Must be able to operate a scan gun so that product labels can be scanned for billing purposes.
  • The loader must be able to read customer orders on a pick list and fill truck to order.
  • Other duties as assigned

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This position will not have supervisory responsibility.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
