Job Summary:
The Refrigerated Warehouse Loader is responsible for loading and unloading products in a cold storage environment. This role involves managing product movement in the cooler using the NAVISION (ERP) scanning system, performing bin movements, and keeping the coolers clean and organized. The ideal candidate is a team player with attention to detail and comfort working in cold temperatures.
Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Inspect all trailers and verify temperatures before loading or unloading products.
  • Follow the First In, First Out (FIFO) rule to ensure accurate product rotation.
  • Perform cycle counts as required to maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Use a scanner for accurate product tracking and cooler movements within the ERP system.
  • Complete daily paperwork for loading and unloading to ensure proper documentation.
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean, organized cooler environment.
Requirements and Skills:
  • Ability to become pallet jack and forklift certified.
  • Basic math skills and ability to read and understand instructions.
  • Capable of standing and walking for up to 8 hours per shift or more.
