We are looking for a Line Cook to join our pub team to work 20+ hours a week. Our ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years of restaurant experience (although we are always willing to train the right person). We have a menu that uses our ciders in many of our dishes to highlight the versatility of our products. We hope to find people that are enthusiastic to learn about cider and our various products, thrive in fast-paced environments, and can work well in a team setting. The schedule is flexible, however Saturday availability is highly valuable.

We have a full lunch and dinner menu, and retail shop. We get a lot of tourism and cider loves through our doors. Due to our cider being gluten free we also offer a great menu of gluten free fare for our GF guests.

Bake, roast, broil, fry, and steam meats, fish, vegetables, and other foods.
Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients according to recipes or personal judgment, using various kitchen utensils and equipment.
Portion, arrange, and garnish food, and provide food to server/bartender or patrons.
Observe and test foods to determine if they have been cooked sufficiently, using methods such as tasting, smelling, or piercing them with utensils.
Wash, peel, cut, and seed fruits and vegetables to prepare them for consumption.
Substitute for or assist other cooks during emergencies or rush periods.
