We are expanding our agency, and need help! We have openings for top performing Sales Representatives and Customer Service Representatives to join our award-winning team. Our office has been open for over 30 years. We are looking for experienced, reliable, and well-qualified people who are licensed to sell insurance in the state of CA. We are in the Inland Empire. A minimum of one year of Farmers Insurance experience in required. With our insurance agencys top-notch customer care, and our amazing products and services, we are excited for the opportunity to maintain our momentum and continue to gain market share.

Responsibilities
  • Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and close sales.
  • Document each customer contact.
  • Treat each customer contact as a cross-sell opportunity, which includes life, commercial, auto, home, and other financial products.
  • Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
  • Claims follow up calls.
  • Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems.
  • Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
  • Answer calls that come in.
  • Use a Daily Planner (provided to you) to track daily tasks, goals, and important info

Requirements
  • A CA Property & Casualty insurance license is REQUIRED. Bonus: Also hold your CA Life and Medical insurance license too.
  • One Year of Licensed Insurance EXPERIENCE is REQUIRED
  • Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial and also highly desired here.
  • Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
  • Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
  • A terrific presenter and communicator, and a barracuda closer.
  • Professional phone etiquette.
  • Display leadership competencies, including ability to delegate, engage, and inspire others.
