The ideal candidate will bring a combination of legal knowledge, client-service orientation, and the ability to manage real estate matters efficiently
Core Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
  • Active license to practice law in the relevant state (or the ability to obtain one promptly).
  • 2–7 years of experience in real estate law or a closely related practice area (open to more senior candidates depending on background).
  • Familiarity with residential and/or commercial real estate transactions, contract review, title and conveyancing issues, and related legal documentation.

Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a client‑focused mindset.
