Job Title: Campaign Measurement Manager โ Marketing Analytics (SAS/SQL/Power BI)
Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid โ 2-3 days onsite)
About the Role:
Join a leading financial institution as a Campaign Measurement Manager. You will drive the measurement, optimization, and reporting of omni-channel marketing campaigns, partnering with marketing, product, and business teams to deliver actionable insights. We are seeking candidates with strong SAS, SQL, and Power BI skills who thrive in fast-paced, data-driven environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end campaign measurement and performance analysis across channels including email, direct mail, display, social media, and paid search.
- Build and maintain dashboards in Power BI, using DAX and data modeling to visualize campaign performance and customer segmentation.
- Conduct advanced analysis using SAS and SQL (complex joins, CTEs, window functions, data validation, performance optimization) on large customer and campaign datasets.
- Define and track campaign KPIs such as CTR, conversion rate, CPA, ROI, and customer retention.
- Support A/B testing and test-control methodologies to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
- Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership and business stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 4+ years in marketing analytics, campaign measurement, or data analysis.
- Strong hands-on experience with SAS for campaign analysis and customer segmentation.
- Advanced SQL skills for data extraction, validation, and optimization.
- Power BI expertise, including dashboard development, DAX, and data modeling.
- Experience working with large datasets and multiple marketing channels.
- Proven ability to translate data into actionable business insights and present findings to senior audiences.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Tableau or other BI tools.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms.
- Previous work in banking, insurance, or regulated environments.
