JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Title: Sr. Paid Social Specialist

Location: Remote

Hours of work: Normal office hours are Monday through Thursday 8.00am to 5.30pm and Friday from 8.00am to 2.00pm

Experience: Minimum 5-7 years in paid social acquisition

Salary Range: $ 65k - 75k per year + performance bonus (depends on candidate expertise)

Overview:

We’re on the hunt for a Paid Social Ninja with a razor-sharp focus on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising. In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind high-impact, revenue-generating ad campaigns. You’ll manage the full funnel—from strategy to execution—while continuously optimizing performance to smash our ROAS and CPA targets. If you thrive in a data-driven, fast-paced environment and know Meta Ads Manager like the back of your hand, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

➔ Develop and implement full-funnel Meta ad strategies that align with business objectives.

➔ Plan, build, and manage high-performing ad campaigns across Meta platforms, including Facebook,

Instagram, and Audience Network.

➔ Leverage custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and interest-based targeting to maximize reach and conversion potential.

Campaign Optimization & Scaling:

➔ Optimize campaigns in real time to hit CPL, CPA, ROAS, and CAC targets.

➔ A/B test ad creatives, copy, formats, and audience segments to drive incremental gains.

➔ Scale winning campaigns efficiently without compromising profitability.

Performance Analysis:

➔ Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing detailed reports with actionable insights .➔ Use Meta Pixel and Conversions API to track user behavior and attribute conversions accurately.

➔ Leverage first-party data and offline events to enhance campaign performance.

➔ Collaborate with the creative team to develop thumb-stopping ad creatives optimized for

performance.

➔ Stay ahead of Meta platform updates, trends, and best practices to keep campaigns cutting-edge.

Daily Tasks:

➔ Monitor and optimize social campaigns in Meta mainly (potentially TikTok Ads as well)

➔ Conduct audience and ad copy analysis

➔ Review and adjust bids to maximize ROI

➔ Analyze campaign performance and adjust campaigns as necessary

➔ Collaborate with cross-functional teams on campaign execution

➔ Stay up-to-date on industry trends and make necessary adjustments to campaigns

Weekly Tasks:

➔ Provide performance updates to stakeholders and leadership

➔ Review testing plans and results

➔ Conduct competitor research and analysis

➔ Develop new campaign ideas and strategies

➔ Track KPIs and adjust campaigns accordingly

➔ Provide pitch assistance to sales (Opportunity sizing, Keyword research, prospect audits)

Monthly/Quarterly Tasks:

➔ Analyze and report on overall campaign performance and ROI

➔ Review and adjust campaign budgets

➔ Conduct in-depth analysis of key metrics and trends ➔ Present strategic recommendations for improvement to leadership as a QBR report
