Project Foreman


If you are a Foreman with a minimum of 2 years in construction, preferably commercial hotel, multifamily, or retail ground up and renovation projects in California and Oregon, this may be the opportunity for you!

GP Builders is a commercial general contractor that specializes in ground up and renovations of premier hotel brands (Hilton, Marriott, Hyatt, etc.). We are looking for a foreman to assist on a hotel renovation/conversion project in Klamath Falls and subsequent retail projects. The ideal candidate would be willing to travel after the projects in Klamath Falls, Oregon, but this is not a disqualifier. We are anticipating a 3-year presence in Klamath Falls for our projects starting in January 2026.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the site superintendent with all tasks.

• Assist subcontractors per the direction of the site superintendent.

• Receive, inventory, and report material deliveries

• Regularly assist in reporting project status to project manager (project updates and project photos)

• Assist in quality checks and conduct field observations of subcontractor work

• Assist in field confirmations and field measurements

• Emphasize safe use of tools, machinery and equipment and report safety concerns to the site superintendent

• Work and communicate with Superintendent and Project Manager with clear and positive communication to efficiently manage constructability issues and internal subcontractor performance issues.

What are we looking for?

To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:

• Two (2) years of work experience in construction

• Experience with operating a telehandler forklift

• Reliable and ability to take direction for superintendent

Preferred Qualifications, but not essential:

  • Fluent in Spanish
  • Drywall experience
  • Carpentry experience
