Summary:
The Digital Marketing Manager will support the Sr. Director of Digital Marketing by driving the execution, coordination, and optimization of Hard Rock Stadium's end-to-end digital communications across paid media and lifecycle marketing channels.
This role will act as a strategic execution partner, translating data into insights, insights into recommendations, and recommendations into action across email, SMS, push notifications, web/app messaging, and paid media touchpoints.
The role will focus on database growth, segmentation, personalization, and performance measurement, while preparing executive-ready insights that clearly connect communications activity to revenue, ticket sales, and fan engagement across Miami Dolphins, Formula 1 Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix, Miami Open, and Hard Rock Stadium.

  • This is a full-time position based on site at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, FL.

Responsibilities:
  • Execute and optimize integrated digital communications across paid ads, email, SMS, web push notifications, app push notifications, website pop-ups, and paid media touchpoints, ensuring cohesive messaging across acquisition, nurturing, re-engagement, and conversion journeys.
  • Support customer database growth through digital lead capture initiatives across paid media, website experiences, events, and on-site activations, with a strong focus on CRM data quality and scalability.
  • Develop and operationalize segmentation, audience, and communication frameworks to enable more personalized, relevant, and high-performing lifecycle and paid media messaging.
  • Partner closely with paid media teams and external agencies to align acquisition strategies with downstream lifecycle programs and database growth objectives.
  • Analyze performance across paid media and lifecycle channels, including engagement, conversion, revenue, and database growth metrics, and translate findings into clear, prioritized recommendations.
  • Prepare executive-level presentations, dashboards, and post-campaign readouts that connect channel performance to business outcomes such as ticket sales, revenue, and fan engagement.
  • Manage testing and experimentation across messaging, offers, timing, creative variations, and calls to action across email, SMS, push, on-site messaging, and paid media.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, lifecycle, analytics, product, engineering, and business teams to ensure accurate execution, measurement, and continuous optimization.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve marketing technology, automation, processes, and workflows to drive efficiency, scalability, and incremental business growth.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, or integrated digital communications, with a strong focus on revenue-driven outcomes.
  • Hands-on experience with paid media, email, SMS, push notifications, and on-site messaging platforms.
