A longstanding premier Food manufacturing company is seeking a Mechanic/Maintenance Technician to join their growing team. This is a amazing opportunity to work with a team that is developing groundbreaking products to support healthier living.
Mechanic A / Maintenance Technician - 3rd Shift
Location: Onsite
Shift: Sunday-Thursday | 10:30 PM - 7:00 AM (Overtime & weekends as needed)
Pay: $30-$32/hr (DOE)
Type: Contract-to-Hire (potential for early conversion)

We're hiring immediately! Seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician/Mechanic with a background in food manufacturing and automated production equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot and repair automated packaging equipment, pumps, hydraulics, pneumatics, and facility systems.
  • Diagnose and repair electrical systems, motors, controls, and PLC-controlled equipment.
  • Perform preventative maintenance, welding, and basic facility repairs.
  • Read electrical schematics and equipment manuals to identify and install replacement parts.
  • Maintain GMP, food safety, and sanitation standards while documenting maintenance activities.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience (food manufacturing preferred).
  • Strong mechanical skills with working knowledge of electrical troubleshooting.
  • Experience with automated equipment, hydraulics, pneumatics, and PLC-controlled machinery.
  • Ability to pass a mechanical aptitude test (60% or higher).
