Job Description
Join the Youth, Starter and Family Banking segment team to lead the product conversion and graduation strategy for the next generation of customers. This team sits at the intersection of customer strategy, product experience, and business performance, focused on helping parents teach their children financial basics, helping young adults get started on their independent financial journeys, and ensuring customers seamlessly transition to the next best product as their financial needs evolve.
As a Product Manager Senior, Vice President in Product Conversion Youth, Starter & Family Banking, you will own graduation and conversion end-to-end-shaping strategy, partnering closely with marketing, product, analytics, and field teams, and driving measurable improvements in graduation rate, retention, and funnel performance across digital and assisted channels.
Job responsibilities
  • Own the product graduation and conversion strategy for Youth, Family, and Starter customers, ensuring customers are transitioned to the right product at the right time based on need and readiness.
  • Define and prioritize customer problems and use cases related to graduation, conversion, and retention, translating insights into clear strategies and roadmaps.
  • Partner closely with acquisition and engagement marketing teams to design and execute campaigns that drive awareness of graduation eligibility, incentives, and benefits.
  • Collaborate with product, design and digital experience teams to optimize conversion flows, minimize friction, and reduce drop-off across digital and assisted channels.
  • Work with field partners to equip bankers and retail operations specialists with the tools, training, and processes needed to identify graduation moments and execute seamless conversions.
  • Establish strong partnerships with data and analytics teams to define success metrics, track performance across the conversion funnel, and identify behavioral trends and opportunities.
  • Use data-driven insights to continuously test, learn, and optimize conversion strategies to improve graduation rate and retention.
  • Act as a senior thought partner and influencer across cross-functional teams, aligning stakeholders around shared goals and outcomes.
  • Achieve success measure for graduation/conversion rate, post-conversion retention, and reduction in funnel drop-off

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, customer strategy, growth, or a related discipline within financial services or a highly regulated consumer business.
  • Demonstrated experience owning complex, cross-functional initiatives with measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management, conversion funnels, and retention drivers.
  • Proven ability to partner effectively across marketing, product, analytics, and frontline teams.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience leveraging analytics to inform strategy and decision-making.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and building new capabilities from the ground up.
  • Executive-level communication skills with the ability to influence without direct authority.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Experience working with youth, starter, or early-stage customer segments.
  • Familiarity with branch-enabled and digital-first conversion journeys.
  • Experience leading conversion or growth initiatives across multiple channels.
