Job description

Description:

The Opportunity

We're looking for a hands-on Manager of Website & Conversion Optimization to own how CeriFi's digital properties look, function, and convert. This role sits at the center of our B2B and B2C growth strategy - owning execution on our website platform while running the testing and optimization program that turns traffic into revenue across CeriFi's portfolio of brands.

You'll partner closely with Marketing, Digital, and a lean Engineering team to prioritize and ship site changes, then use data and experimentation to continuously improve conversion. This is a role for someone who is equally comfortable in a CMS and in an analytics dashboard — someone who can move fast, work within real constraints, and show measurable results.

What you will do

Website Ownership & Execution

  • Own day-to-day management of CeriFi's website properties, including page builds, content updates, and navigation changes within our CMS (Builder.io)
  • Partner with Marketing, Creative, and Engineering to scope, prioritize, and ship website initiatives
  • Maintain site health, quality, and consistency across CeriFi's multi-brand portfolio, ensuring every property reflects our design and content standards
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for website requests, triaging and sequencing work against business priority

Conversion Rate Optimization

  • Build and run a structured A/B and multivariate testing program (VWO or similar) across priority pages and funnels
  • Identify and prioritize CRO opportunities using site analytics, funnel data, and user behavior insights
  • Own conversion performance across key journeys, from landing pages through checkout, including mobile above-the-fold experience, content-to-conversion balance, and findability/navigation
  • Partner with Paid/Digital and Creative teams to align landing page experiences with campaign intent and messaging
  • Report on test results, site performance, and CRO impact against revenue and pipeline goals

Cross-functional collaboration

  • Work closely with Marketing leadership and Digital Marketing team to translate business priorities into a prioritized website roadmap
  • Partner with Engineering when necessary to plan and sequence site work within capacity constraints, and with Legal on any changes with compliance implications
  • Collaborate with Creative on page design, content structure, and brand consistency
  • Support new brand, product, and campaign launches with timely, well-executed site
Requirements:

What we are looking for

  • 4+ years of experience in website management, digital marketing, ecommerce, or conversion rate optimization
  • Hands-on experience with a modern CMS (Builder.io experience a strong plus) and A/B testing platforms (VWO, Optimizely, or similar)
  • Strong working knowledge of web analytics tools (GA4 or similar) and the ability to translate data into a prioritized action plan
  • Experience working within a multi-site or multi-brand portfolio a plus
  • Comfortable operating with limited engineering resources - someone who can prioritize ruthlessly and drive impact without a large dev team
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent site workstreams
  • A collaborative, low-ego approach - you'll work daily across Marketing, Creative, Engineering, and Legal
  • An execution mindset: you move fast, test and iterate, and let data guide decisions

What success looks like

In your first 60 days, you will have audited CeriFi's website properties, established a working cadence with Engineering and Creative, and identified the highest-impact CRO opportunities across the portfolio.

Within 3 months, you will have a testing program live on priority pages, a clear website roadmap aligned to business priorities, and early wins on conversion improvement to point to.

By 6 months, you will have built a repeatable system for prioritizing, shipping, and measuring website and CRO work - with a track record of measurable learnings & conversion gains across CeriFi's brand portfolio.
