Title: Guidewire Conversion Lead Location: Richmond, VA (Onsite) Position: Contract

Required Qualifications:
8 years of experience in data migration conversion roles
3 years in a Conversion Lead or Architect role
Strong experience with Guidewire Policy Center; Claim Center; Billing Center implementations
Hands-on experience with Product Model Toolkit PMT
Expertise in Azure Data Factory ADF and Azure Databricks ADB
Strong knowledge of ETLELT processes data modelling and SQL
Experience with largescale legacy system migrations

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in Property Casualty PC Insurance domain
Familiarity with Guidewire Data Hub Info Center
Experience with cloud data architectures Azure
Strong understanding of data governance and quality frameworks
Agile Scrum experience

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Conversion Lead to drive end-to-end data migration and conversion initiatives for Guidewire implementations
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Guidewire Policy Center Claim Center Data Migration Product Model Toolkit PMT and hands on experience with Azure Data Factory ADF and Azure Databricks ADB for scalable data processing
You will lead conversion strategy design execution and governance ensuring high quality and seamless migration from legacy systems to Guidewire platforms

Key Responsibilities Conversion Strategy Leadership
Lead the overall data conversion and migration strategy for Guidewire implementations
Define conversion roadmap scope timelines and deliverables
Engage with business and IT stakeholders to align on data requirements and success criteria
Manage offshore onshore conversion teams and ensure delivery excellence
Data Migration Transformation:
Design and oversee ETLELT pipelines using Azure Data Factory ADF and Azure Databricks ADB
Define data mapping transformation rules and validation frameworks
Ensure data quality integrity and reconciliation during migration cycles
Handle complex data scenarios including historical data policy versions and claims data
Guidewire Integration PMT:
Work closely with Guidewire configuration teams especially PMT Product Model Toolkit
Ensure alignment of converted data with product model configurations
Support testing cycles SITUAT with clean and validated data sets
Drive defect resolution related to data conversion
Governance Quality Assurance:
Establish and enforce data governance validation and audit processes
Develop and maintain reconciliation reports and dashboards
Ensure compliance with regulatory and audit requirements
Stakeholder Management:
Collaborate with business SMEs architects developers and QA teams
Provide regular status updates risk assessments and mitigation strategies
Act as the primary point of contact for all conversion related activities
