About the program
Struction Solutions is a Service-Disabled Veteran-OwnedSmall Business leading a team supporting the U.S. Marine Corps Sergeant MerlinGerman Wounded Warrior Call Center Outreach and Resource Support Services. Thisprogram supports wounded, ill, and injured Marines, Sailors attached orformerly attached to Marine units, veterans, and their family members throughcall center operations, outreach, resource referral, and non-medical casemanagement. Positions are contingent upon contract award and final customerapproval.
Position summary
The Outreach and Social Media Engagement Specialistsupports scheduled outreach campaigns, social media monitoring, engagementtriage, and documentation. This role helps ensure WII and family membersreceive timely response through phone, email, text, Facebook, Instagram, andother approved channels.
Key responsibilities
• Monitor WWR-identified social media channels andengage requests for assistance within required timeframes.
• Coordinate with CCRs, NMCMs, supervisors, andGovernment-approved workflows for sensitive or urgent social media requests.
• Support scheduled outreach cycles and ensureoutreach attempts are made at required times of day.
• Document engagements, attempted contacts,referrals, and outcomes in MCWIITS or approved systems.
• Maintain professional tone and protect privacyacross all digital communications.
• Identify trends in outreach responses, contactchallenges, and social media themes for reporting.
Minimum qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least one year of outreach, social mediasupport, customer service, veteran support, communications, intake, orcommunity engagement experience.
• Strong written communication skills and judgmentin sensitive situations.
• Ability to work rotating shifts and maintainstrict confidentiality.
• U.S. work authorization required; U.S.citizenship may be required for Government system access.
• Ability to complete background/securityprocessing and obtain/maintain CAC/MCEN access as required.
• Ability to complete Privacy Act, HIPAA,information security, and program-specific training.
• Strong written documentation skills; allcontacts and actions must be accurately documented in Government systems suchas MCWIITS.
• Commitment to confidentiality, professionalism,mandatory reporting requirements, and respect for Marine Corps culture.
Preferred qualifications
• Experience using Meta Business Suite, CRMplatforms, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, or social media monitoring tools.
• Military family readiness, veteran support,crisis-adjacent communications, or public sector support experience.
• Knowledge of HIPAA, Privacy Act, PII, anddigital communication boundaries.
