Overview
The Conversion Supervisor is responsible for operating and converting UBS Arena from event to event. You will be working to reconfigure the arena, its floor, and concourses based on the specific needs of each event at UBS Arena.
This role pays an hourly rate of $25.09 - $33.00

This position will remain open until November 27, 2026.
Responsibilities
  • Work required shift(s) any day of the week.
  • Lift heavy weights and stand and move on your feet for long periods of time.
  • Follow directions and complete assigned tasks in a timely manner.
  • Perform a variety of duties, often changing from one task or another, without the loss of efficiency of composure.
  • Follow all operating policies and procedures at all times.
  • Oversee conversions from start to finish (inclusive of building and exterior).
  • Supervise conversion leads.
  • Supervise part-time conversion laborers.
  • Operate forklifts & aerial lifts as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2-3 years of experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities is preferred. Conversion or changeover experience is required.
  • Must be reliable, punctual, and have regular on-time attendance.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to perform in crisis and to work under pressure without the loss of composure.
  • Ability to sit, walk, stand, lift heavy objects, reach, pull, push, grasp, and drag.
  • Ability to maintain patron, employee, and company confidentiality.
  • Must have the ability to stand for extended periods of time.
  • Must be courteous and polite.
  • Must be knowledgeable about buildings and events.
  • Must have a desire to work any day of the week, including nights, weekends, and/or holidays, as needed.
