Deloitte is seeking a Delivery Manager, Data Engineering and Conversion Solutions to lead the delivery of data engineering, data conversion, and platform implementation work for Government & Public Services clients. This role will oversee delivery teams, manage execution across the project lifecycle, and drive quality, timeliness, and operational consistency for complex data-focused engagements. The ideal candidate brings experience leading large-scale data delivery efforts, managing cross-functional teams, and supporting client outcomes in a structured delivery model.

  • Leading end-to-end delivery of data engineering and data conversion workstreams across client engagements
  • Managing project plans, scope, risks, issues, and dependencies to support timely delivery and quality outcomes
  • Overseeing delivery teams responsible for data ingestion, transformation, migration, validation, and deployment activities
  • Coordinating with client stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams to align delivery objectives and execution plans

Qualifications
Required:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 8+ years of experience in data engineering, data integration, data migration, or data conversion delivery
  • 4+ years of experience leading project teams or delivery workstreams
  • 2+ years of experience managing delivery of extract, transform, and load processes, data mapping, data validation, and conversion activities
  • 2+ years of experience using project tracking, issue management, and status reporting methods in a delivery environment
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
Preferred:
  • Experience supporting government or public sector engagements
  • Experience delivering cloud-based data platform implementations
  • Experience with data quality, test planning, and production deployment activities
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent delivery priorities
  • Experience working in a delivery center or shared services model
