  • Perform root-cause analysis for defects, outages, and performance issues, and implement long-term corrective solutions.

  • Define and uphold production readiness standards, including observability, reliability, performance, scalability, and cost efficiency for conversational and AI services.

Architecture & Custom Development:
  • Design and implement microservices-based architectures to support conversational AI, integrations, and business workflows.

  • Create reusable frameworks, shared libraries, and common components to accelerate development and promote consistency across conversational solutions.

  • Design and implement secure API integrations, including authentication and authorization flows, error handling, data transformation, middleware services, and proxy layers.

Documentation, Collaboration, & Technical Leadership:
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and architectural artifacts to support knowledge sharing and long-term maintainability.

  • Collaborate with product, business, and engineering stakeholders to translate requirements into well-architected technical solutions.

  • Provide technical leadership by contributing to architectural decisions, evaluating vendor solutions, and leading proof-of-concept (POC) initiatives.

  • Stay current with advancements in conversational AI, cloud services, and AI/ML technologies through experimentation and continuous learning.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
  • 3+ years experience in software development, cloud platforms/architecture, or related IT role.
