WE ARE LOOKING FOR a Full-Time Housekeeper

Job Summary: 
We are excited to share that Hyatt Regency Portland has an opportunity for people who love helping people. Please join our Housekeeping team as a Housekeeper. The hourly rate is $22.00/hour.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
  • Clean and maintain guest rooms according to hotel standards and procedures.
  • Perform a variety of cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and making beds.
  • Replenish amenities and supplies in guest rooms, such as toiletries, towels, and linens.
  • Inspect rooms for cleanliness and report any maintenance issues or damage to management.
  • Follow safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals and equipment properly to ensure a safe and hygienic environment.
  • Adhere to established procedures for handling lost and found items and guest belongings.
  • Collaborate with other housekeeping team members and departments to ensure guest satisfaction and efficient operations.

Qualifications - External:
  • Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role preferred.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 30lbs of weight
  • Ability to push and pull a cart up to 50lbs of weight
  • Full open availability, including weekends and holidays.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
