The Opportunity
As an Oracle Application Security & Controls Manager, you will engage with clients to optimize operational efficiency through specialized consulting services within our Technology Consulting practice. You will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. You embrace technology and innovation to enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same.
In this role, you will focus on providing consulting services for validating compliance and enhancing security within Oracle applications. You will analyze client requirements, implement security measures, and offer guidance and support for compliance with regulatory standards. Your work will enable clients to mitigate risks, protect sensitive data, and maintain compliance with industry regulations.
Responsibilities
- Leading the implementation of security measures within Oracle applications to enhance compliance and protect sensitive data
- Analyzing client requirements to develop tailored compliance and security solutions
- Guiding teams in the execution of compliance audits and documentation processes
- Overseeing the development and implementation of compliance programs and governance frameworks
- Providing strategic advisement on regulatory compliance and corporate governance
- Collaborating with clients to identify and mitigate operational risks within Oracle systems
- Coaching team members to leverage their strengths and improve performance in delivering client expectations
- Utilizing Oracle E-Business Suite to optimize operational efficiency and support client objectives
- Developing policies and guidelines to support compliance and security initiatives
- Engaging in difficult conversations with stakeholders to address conflicts and escalate issues when necessary
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
