Job description

Mastech Digital provides digital and mainstream technology staff as well as Digital Transformation Services for all American Corporations. We are currently seeking a Project Controls Manager for our client in the HVAC Service Solutions domain. We value our professionals, providing comprehensive benefits and the opportunity for growth. This is a Contract position, and the client is looking for someone to start immediately.

Duration: 12+ Months Contract with possible extension

Location: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Salary: $50.00-$55.00/Hourly

Role: Project Controls Manager

Primary Skills: Project Management

Role Description: The Project Controls Manager must have 2-5+ years of experience.

Core Competencies, Skills, & Experience:

- Technical expertise in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical systems, BAS, CMMS/QFM.

- Strong leadership and workforce management for union and non-union staff.

- Excellent organization, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Experience with regulatory compliance, QA/QC, safety management, and contract administration.

- Ability to review technical documentation, interpret contract provisions, lead process improvements, and manage teams in a unionized environment.

- High initiative, able to work independently with minimal oversight.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or any IT related field

Experience: Minimum 2-5+ years of experience

Relocation: This position will not cover relocation expenses

Travel: No
