Position Summary
RSI is recruiting for a Project Controls (PC) Assistant who will be responsible for providing a broad range of duties related to the management and implementation of the Project Controls systems and processes. The PC Assistant will support the Project Controls Manager, Scheduling Managers, and analysts in the retrieval and analysis of financial and project performance data and provide checks and balances across reports, deliverables, and financial data. These duties are expected to be completed under limited supervision.
Job Title: Project Controls Assistant
Location(s): Westminster, CO
Status: Full-Time
FLSA: Exempt
Hiring Range: $57,800.00 - $59,000.00 per year.(The anticipated starting salary is based on the posted minimum requirements for this position. The salary offered will be based upon the selected applicant's education, training, and experience.)
This position is required to travel less than 10% of the time.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Responsible for integration of processes and data
  • Development of advanced spreadsheets and training documents
  • Review and maintenance of procedures
  • Update and maintenance of supporting data and tracking of information such as organizational codes, resource codes, and other data needed to effectively administer the project controls recurring processes
  • Supports the generation of monthly reports and reviews report format for consistency and accuracy
  • Maintains CWBS and charge codes
  • Supports Project Controls staff in the collection, consolidation, and evaluation of budget, performance, and actual cost
  • Assists with task order changes (TOC)
  • Schedules meetings as requested
  • Creates ad hoc reports as requested
  • Complete all required training
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Education and Years of Relevant Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or related field. Experience in lieu of education considered.
  • 5 years of experience preferred.

Licenses and Certifications
  • Valid Driver's License
