This position is on our Controls Hardware team based in Milwaukee, WI. Over 14-18 months, you'll rotate through 3-4 teams; to tackle meaningful projects and learn from industry pros while discovering where your skills (and interests) shine the most.

Rotation's locations include;

  • Reynosa, Mexico

  • Chicago, IL

  • Baltimore, MD

What You Bring

We're looking for curious, driven, future-ready thinkers.

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or related field)

  • Preferred coursework: thermodynamics, machine design, fluid flow, intro to electrical engineering

  • Adaptable and open to working across teams and locations

  • Passion for learning, growth, and long-term impact

  • Leadership experience from school, work, or community involvement

  • Strong communication skills-able to explain technical ideas clearly (words + visuals)

  • Comfortable organizing and analyzing data to solve complex problems

  • Team-oriented mindset with proven collaboration experience

  • Experience leveraging AI tools and technologies

  • Internship or Co-op experience is a plus

  • Willingness to relocate across the U.S.*

  • Valid passport for international travel

  • U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency
