Job description

Weโ€™re seeking a Senior Automation & Controls Engineer to support and improve manufacturing automation systems in a fast paced production environment. This role will lead controls programming, system integration, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives across the plant.

What Youโ€™ll Do

  • Program and troubleshoot PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems
  • Support automation projects from concept through implementation
  • Improve manufacturing efficiency, uptime, and system reliability
  • Partner with production, maintenance, and engineering teams
  • Support equipment startups, upgrades, and process improvements
  • Diagnose and resolve controls and automation issues
  • Assist with MES and system integration initiatives
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation

What Weโ€™re Looking For
