Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Manufacturing Engineering Co-op to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support new product introductions, contribute to global manufacturing operations, and help maintain high quality standards across production builds. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, Excel proficiency, and the ability to work onsite to support hands-on manufacturing activities. This role is onsite, based out of Toronto, ON.

What We Need

  • Familiarity with failure analysis concepts, root cause analysis, and basic manufacturing principles.
  • Ability to document processes, data, and findings clearly and accurately.
  • Comfort working with technical tools such as Excel, CAD, or statistical software (e.g., Minitab).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to support supplier and internal collaboration.
