POSITION SUMMARY

The role of Plant Controlling Specialist directly supports the company's mission to develop and deliver clean power plants that make 100% renewable energy a reality for the world. As a Plant Controlling Specialist, you will oversee the financial operations of the manufacturing plant, including preparing manufacturing cost reports, analyzing actuals and P&L, supervising and closing work orders, calculating production costs and overhead allocation, preparing KPI and ad hoc reports, supervising CAPEX and movement capitalization, ensuring governance and compliance, modeling and preparing business cases, and providing audit support. The role requires proficiency in accounting software, financial analysis tools, project management software, cost accounting software, business intelligence tools, asset management software, SAP CO module, compliance management software, financial modeling software, and audit management software.                                                                     

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Prepare the manufacturing cost report for all the products MHO DTR HUB etc.
  • Analysis of the Actuals and the P&L NAC Accountability.
  • Supervise and close the Work Order.
  • Elaborate on the deviation between Actual and standard production cost.
  • Close and Improve the Work Order process to minimize the error in BOM cost system.
  • Calculation of production cost and overhead allocation.
  • Preparing the KPI and ad hoc reports.
  • Supervise and ensure CAPEX, Movement capitalization.
  • CAPEX monthly forecast and analysis.
  • Supervision of the stocks level and reports.
  • Monthly Forecast.
  • Budget Preparation.
  • SAP: KEY user of the CO module.
  • Governance:  Ensuring all the company finance processes are implemented and respected.
  • Modeling: Prepare modeling to support the Business cases demanded.
  • POC (FG) Reporting after monthly closing.
  • Audit (Group/Statutory/Tax/cost stock) support related to the plant.
  • Other duties as assigned.

WHAT YOU HAVE

  • Completed studies in computer science, business informatics, Economics, Business Administration, or a comparable education/qualification.
  • 7 years in a similar warehouse management role preferred.
  • Advanced XLS level, Power Query, and Power BI.
  • Proficient in analyzing and optimizing SAP-based Controlling, Finance, and Manufacturing processes.
  • Very good understanding of material master processes, functionality, and migration.
  • Open to learning and adopting the existing customized functions.
  • Core consulting skills (analytical thinking, structured work, relationship management, and communication).
  • Ability to develop new solutions responding to business needs.
  • Ability to travel to domestic and international locations to project sites and on business as required with the ability to obtain a passport.
  • Driving is an essential function of the job. Must possess a valid driver's license and be insurable under our auto insurance policy. This position will be subject to periodic driver's abstract checks to confirm continued insurability.
