QES is seeking an experienced Controller to play a critical role in guiding our financial operations and supporting our mission of delivering exceptional engineering, surveying, program management, and landscape architecture services. What You'll Do
  • Oversee all accounting operations, including general ledger, AP/AR, payroll, and job costing
  • Prepare accurate financial statements, forecasts, and performance metrics for leadership
  • Lead budgeting, cash flow planning, and financial analysis to support strategic decisions
  • Establish and maintain strong internal controls and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Coordinate audits, tax filings, and external financial reporting
  • Partner with project managers to monitor budgets, billing, and profitability
  • Mentor and lead accounting staff, fostering a culture of accuracy and accountability

What You Bring
