Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Document Controller II to manage and maintain the company’s document library. The ideal candidate will be responsible for organizing, indexing, storing, and handling high volumes of regulatory records while ensuring documents are properly secured and accessible to authorized personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sort and organize high volumes of regulatory hard-copy records.
  • Separate and organize records by proceeding number.
  • Identify and remove duplicate records.
  • Maintain and update the official record disposal log.
  • Dispose of records using approved bins and established company policies.
  • Box, label, and prepare records for relocation.
  • Identify and properly separate confidential, legal-hold, and other sensitive materials.
  • Maintain accurate and organized document records.
  • Follow established document-management, security, and records-retention procedures.
  • Perform physical handling of files and boxes, including lifting as required.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2–5 years of relevant experience.
  • High school diploma required.
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately.
  • Comfortable performing physical work involving files, records, and boxes.
