Overview

Senior Applications Engineer – DSP & Communication Systems for Optical DSP AE team. Ensure release, validation, and system-level reliability of high-speed SerDes DSP products for AI data centers/hyperscale networks; contribute to automation/data analysis platform.

Responsibilities
  • Build tools for data capture/testing/analysis; define/execute test plans; root‑cause system issues across FW/HW/SW; extend data platforms; coordinate globally.
Qualifications
  • Master’s preferred in EE/CE/Physics or related
  • Python (NumPy/Pandas/Plotly); Linux/Git/Docker; control theory familiarity; schematic/PCB literacy.
  • Minimum expertise in one: SerDes PHY; DSP/communications; wireless/analog/applied physics.
Compensation & Benefits

Base salary range is $120,000 – $200,000 a year. Eligible for bonus, equity, and full benefits.
