CoreMedical Group Perm is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Orthopedics for a nursing job in Dayton, Ohio.

Spine & Ortho Registered Nurse (RN)

Location: Dayton, OH
Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent | Direct Hire
Shift: Days & Nights Available

Compensation
$32.00 - $42.00 per hour

Sign-on Bonus: Up to $10,000 (Nights) / $7,500 (Days)
Relocation Assistance: Available via sign-on bonus after 100 days of employment

Additional Earnings:
- Queue Care Add-On: +$2.00/hr
- Night Add-On: +$2.00/hr
- Night Shift Differential: 15% of base rate

Join a 34-bed Spine & Ortho unit at the region's largest nonprofit hospital system. With a 1:4-5 nurse-to-patient ratio, this unit provides care for post-surgical spine, orthopedic, geriatric, and select pediatric patients. This is a fast-paced surgical recovery environment with a strong emphasis on teamwork and patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct post-operative spine and orthopedic nursing care
- Monitor recovery and assess post-surgical patients
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Educate patients and families throughout recovery
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation

Requirements:
- Active RN license
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- BSN required within 5 years OR enrollment within 6 months
- RNs with 2+ years acute care experience may waive BSN requirement with certification agreement
- Ability to work in a high-acuity surgical unit
