Observation Unit Registered Nurse (RN)

Location: Dayton, OH
Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent | Direct Hire
Shift: Days & Nights Available

Compensation
$32.00 - $42.00 per hour

Sign-on Bonus: Up to $10,000
Relocation Assistance: Available through sign-on bonus after 100 days

Additional Earnings:
- Queue Care Add-On: +$2.00/hr
- Night Add-On: +$2.00/hr
- Night Shift Differential: 15% of base rate

Join the 40-bed Observation/Clinical Decision Unit at the region's largest nonprofit hospital. With a 1:5 nurse-to-patient ratio, you'll care for patients requiring short-term observation for conditions including CHF, COPD, pneumonia, atrial fibrillation, renal and urinary disorders, and other acute medical diagnoses. New and experienced RNs are encouraged to apply, with comprehensive training provided.

Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality patient care and assessments
- Monitor patient status and coordinate interdisciplinary care
- Educate patients and maintain accurate documentation

Requirements:
- Active RN license
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
