Location: Globe, AZ
Start Date: 4/28/2026

Shift: 7p–7a + Call

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Stepdown Registered Nurse (RN) for a night shift contract assignment. The RN must be willing to train current staff and float to Med/Surg Tele as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality nursing care in a Stepdown/Progressive Care setting

  • Train and support current nursing staff

  • Float to Med/Surg Tele units when required

  • Respond to on-call needs

  • Deliver safe, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

  • Active RN State License

  • Minimum 3 years of experience

  • Certifications required: BLS, ACLS, PALS

  • Must be willing to train staff and float units

  • Night shift availability

  • Flu vaccine required (no exceptions)

Contract Terms

  • 36 guaranteed hours/week

  • On-call required (pager call)

  • RTO: Max 3 days per 13-week contract

  • Facility may cancel up to 3 shifts per contract

  • 100-mile radius rule applie
