Must have experience in Industrial Maintenance including:
**5-7 years' experience in Industrial Electronics, Electricity (480 volts), Pneumatics, Schematics and Blueprints, Hydraulics, Programmable Ladder Logic, Variable Frequency Drive, and Welding**
Physical Requirements
Stand or Sit(Stationary position), Walk(Move, Traverse), Use hand/fingers to handle or feel (Operate, Activate, Use, Prepare, Inspect, Place, Detect, Position), Climb (stairs/ladders) or balance (Ascend/Descend, Work atop, Traverse), Stoop, kneel, crouch, or Crawl(Position self(to), Move), Talk/hear(Communicate, Detect, Converse with, Discern, Convey, Express oneself, Exchange information), See (Detect, Determine, Perceive, Identify, Recognize, Judge, Observe, Inspect, Estimate, Assess), Pushing or Pulling, Reaching, Repetitive Motion
Function in the Job
Medium work - Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
Job Function
  • ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

1. Perform job duties in a safe manner.
2. Trouble shoot and repair all pieces of equipment in the plant including cranes. Mechanical Abilities to include Electric Motor, Gearbox Bearing, Bearing Replacement, and repair
3. Read Blueprints/Schematics of equipment and building.
4. Knowledge of Hydraulics, Electronics, and Mechanics.
5. Knowledge of Hydraulics, Electronics, and Mechanics.
  • NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

1. Fabricate parts for equipment.2. Communicate with vendors when troubleshooting equipment.3. Perform other duties assigned by Supervisor as necessary to complete the shift. Physical Requirements Include:
